Scientist introduces rays to control weather

BERM: Switzerland scientist Pere Gene Wolfe has introduced a new technique to control the weather.

He used rays in its unique technology to rain in any season and anywhere. Clouds were create by condensation or Evaporation and steam converted into droplet or ice crystal. The same process happen when clouds came into being naturally.

The scientist claimed to have rain anywhere and any season by adopting the technique.

The Rain starts as the process completed. He said that he has done this experiment in the laboratory.

He was of view that chemicals were used in the process of cloud seeding and it was very harmful for humans.

He said that China had launched a rocket in the air to stop cloud seeding and to stop the rain during Beijing Olympics inaugural ceremony.
