KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers Sindh informed media on Tuesday that they presented two target killers with on allegedly belonging to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in court on Monday.
The murderers Adil alias Pagla and Mubarak Ali, both involved in the killing of police officers were presented in an Anti-Terrorism court with court granting Rangers a 90 day remand for Mubarak Ali.
Mubarak Ali is said to be involved in killing 12 people including a police ASI in 1990.
Pagla was in the list
The Rangers statement said that the other terrorist Adil alias Pagla was on the list of target killers demanded from MQM. His name was on the second number in the list.
Pagla is said to be involved in the killing of at least two police personnel, Station House Officer and Constable Khurram Butt of Brigade police station.
Another Murderer arrested
The Rangers statement also claimed to have arrested another murderer involved in killing police personnel in Karachi.
The murderer namely Liaquat Hussain Turk was a wanted criminal.
