Train, truck collision kill six in India

Six people were killed including legislator from Karnataka while 20 other were injured in a truck and train collision in Andhra Pradesh on Monday’s wee hours, officials said.

The driver of the truck loss control of his vehicle which hit a coach of Nanded Express at crossing in Anantpur district.

Five passengers of a train and truck driver killed in the accident. Two bogies were also derailed from the track.

The injured were shifted to local hospital for medical assistance.
