LAHORE: Acting Ameer of the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan, Liaqat Baloch, has said that India has once again sabotaged the Pak- India talks.

In a statement here on Saturday, he said that the Pakistan government’s stance regarding the talks was in accord with the sentiments of the people.

He said the National Assembly speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq had taken the right decision by rejecting New Delhi’s demand for allowing the Speaker of the so called Held Kashmir Assembly to attend the Common Wealth Conference. He said this decision had given the Kashmris’ a message of full support.

Liaqat Baloch said that Modi government’s attitude was increasing problems for India and the Indian people. He said that India’s designs enjoying the US backing were not a secret.

The JI acting chief said that a complete uniformity of views should be developed between the national leadership and the parliament to evolve a national policy on Pak- India relations and Kashmir. He said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should stick to a firm stance against India with a clear cut Kashmir policy showing no flexibility regarding the Kashmiris right to self determination.

He said neither India nor Pakistan should impose any unilateral decision on the Kashmiris. Islamabad should not ignore the Kashmiris and their leadership and should highlight the India’s oppression in Held Kashmir, and the violations of international law and human rights at world level.

The Acing JI chief said that Kashmiris had revived the two nation theory again by raising the Pakistani  flag atop all house in Sri Nagar .
