On the demand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the government has refused to form a judicial commission on the May 9 tragedy.

According to the sources, the government negotiation team has prepared answers to the written demands of PTI. The team has prepared a clause-by-clause response to the demands of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

They said the government’s written reply has said that a judicial commission cannot be formed on the incidents of May 9.

In the written reply of the government, the PTI has been asked to provide the list of missing persons and the details of the arrested persons related to November 26.

It has been said in the government’s response that details of the deaths should also be provided. The government committee will submit its written response to the Speaker National Assembly in the next few days.
