Parliament should give PTI way through talks: Barrister Gohar

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has said that the Parliament should give us a way through negotiations, adding now the dust of May 9 should settle.

Expressing his views in the National Assembly today, Barrister Gohar said that they want accountability of the injustice done with them through talks in this house.

We have formed a committee for negotiations and it should not be considered as weakness. If we are not given a way through negotiations, we will come to the streets again, the PTI chairman said and added that they should not be forced to come onto the streets again and again. Let’s call a meeting of the parliamentary committee, now the dust of May 9 should settle, he said.

Barrister Gohar further said that in recent days, in how many countries, including Brazil, have people entered the Houses and was there any shot fired? It was a constitutional protest that was responded with firing in in front of your parliament and the minister of defence has a strange logic that the shot was fired by Ali Amin Gandapur’s guards.

The PTI chairman further said that we are not using the Pashtun card. You show the videos in which the PTI people used any kind of weapons. The PTI founder does not need to take out rallies and processions for popularity.

Barrister Gohar said that on February 8, the popularity of the founding chairman was proved.
