Ice cream parlours, luxury eateries fined in fesh PFA raids

LAHORE: Punjab Food Authority has imposed heavy fines on luxury restaurants and ice cream parlours in their fresh raids.

A lavish eaterie ‘Coffee Tea & Company’ located in Gulberg Town was fined on Wednesday due to unhygienic conditions, PFA’s official page claimed.

Earlier, an ice cream parlour ‘Punjab Ice Cream’ was also fined heavily due to spoiled fruits and dirty freezers.

PFA’s Gulberg town team sealed a famous bakery KRISCO Bakers and Sweets in Garhi Shahu as they were operating without license.

Products were served without expiray date and proper labeling.

The shop’s Insect killer was not working.
