The entrance test of medical, dental colleges and universities across Sindh is being conducted once again today.
The entry time of the candidates in the examination centers was from 7 am to 9 am while the duration of the examination will be from 10.30 am to 2 pm.
41,000 candidates are appearing in the MDCAT test for 3600 seats of MBBS and 1190 seats of BDS. 15,000 candidates from Karachi and 13,000 candidates from Jamshoro are participating in the test.
Apart from this, 4,000 candidates from Nawabshah and 9,000 candidates from Larkana are participating in the test. Strict security arrangements have been made on the occasion of the test.
According to the administration, the papers of those who bring electronic devices including mobile phones to the examination centers will be cancelled. Parents and relatives are also not allowed to go in and around the premises of the examination centers.
Pens and water bottles will be provided by the administration in the examination centers.
On the other hand, there is a traffic jam on University Road, Civic Center and Stadium Road due to the entrance test at the Expo Centre.
