ISLAMABAD: A special court has been established in Islamabad for hearings on Official Secrets Act cases across the country.
The judge of Anti-Terrorism Court Number One, Abu Al-Hasnat Muhammad Zul-Qarnain, has been appointed as the judge of the Special Court. Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain will hear cases under the Official Secrets Act.
The Anti-Terrorism Court has confirmed that there will be a single court under the Official Secrets Act across the country.
It should be noted that there is only one court established in the whole country.
