Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq will launch National Assembly Strategic Plan 2015-2018 at Peshawar Institute for Parliamentary Services in Islamabad on Monday August 10 (tomorrow).
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq will launch National Assembly Strategic Plan 2015-2018 in a ceremony to be held tomorrow.
Parliamentarians, representatives of the diplomatic community, intellectuals and media persons will also attend the high-level event.
This plan was made under the supervision of Speaker National Assembly, who formed a Strategic Planning Oversight Committee with representation from all major political parties to ensure sustainability and continuity of previous useful measures regardless of political, leadership or affiliation.
The speaker immediately assuming his office, initiated reforms with in the House. These reforms were aimed at moving away from the traditional piecemeal approach to a more holistic approach ensuring that the entire House benefits from the process, Radio Pakistan reported.
