Pakistan condemns suicide attack in Afghanistan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Saturday strongly condemned the suicide attack that took place in Kabul on Friday morning, which resulted in the loss of innocent lives and injuries to many.

In a statement released from Ministry of Foreign Affair the spokesperson says that we convey our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and pray to Almighty Allah to give them fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. We also wish to convey our best wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured.

The statement says that Pakistan shares the grief of the brotherly people of the Afghanistan over this cowardly act against innocent civilians. We reiterate condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

The country reaffirms its resolve to fight terrorism in close coordination with the government of Afghanistan and stands with Afghan brothers in our common struggle against terrorism.
