ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that there is no other option than recognizing the Taliban government in Afghanistan.
In an interview with French magazine, Imran Khan said that Afghanistan has been facing challenges for 40 years. We want the countries of the region to play their part on the issue of Afghanistan. There is no other option than to recognize the Taliban government in Afghanistan, he added.

He said that Pakistan alone cannot bear the economic burden of Afghanistan and the international community will have to play a role for the Afghan people. There should be comprehensive government in Afghanistan and we want all stay with us on Afghanistan issue, the prime minister said.
