LAHORE: Following the Transparency International report sliding Pakistan 16 places to rank 140th out of 180 countries, the opposition have demanded resignation of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In this connection, the opposition submitted a resolution demanding resignation of the prime minister to the Punjab Assembly.

The resolution was moved by PML-N member Sumaira Komal.
The resolution says that the recent report of Transparency International is a charge sheet against the government.
Record corruption made in the country during the PTI government as Pakistan has joined 40 corrupt countries in the world.
