LAHORE: Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan Ameer Saad Hussain Rizvi’s name has been removed from the fourth schedule.
In this connection, the home department issued a notification, excluding Saad Rizvi’s name from the forth schedule. Under the recent agreement with the government, restrictions on TLP are being removed.
Saad Rizvi was detained in April this year. He was put under house arrest.
One of the major demands of the TLP was the release of Saad Rizvi.
It may be mentioned here that the Lahore High Court had ordered to lift the house arrest restrictions from Saad Rizvi. But, the Punjab government approached the Supreme Court against the decision.
