The PILDAT president, taking to Twitter, compared the ordinances issued by the PTI government with the previous two tenures of the PML-N and the PPP.

He wrote that the PTI government’s score had gone upto 21 following the latest deluge of ordinances.

According to him, Imran Khan’s party had promulgated 23 ordinances per year as compared to PPP’s 20.4 per year (2008-13) and PML-N’s (2013-18) 7.4.

During PTI’s second parliamentary year last year, it had outnumbered the laws passed by the parliament, exposing poor performance of the National Assembly both in terms of Imran Khan’s attendance and the smooth conduct of of proceedings.
