KARACHI: Alkhidmat Fareeda Yaqoob Hospital and Capstone College of Physical Therapy signed a Memorandum of Understanding for training of the students of the college.
The MoU was signed at a graceful ceremony held at the hospital. Dr Zafar Iqbal, Medical Superintendent of the hospital and Dr Mohammad Yousuf, Director Administration of the college signed the MoU.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Zafar Iqbal said that under the memorandum, the hospital’s physiotherapy department will provide training to the students of the hospital.
He further said that it would be a matter of joy for the staffers and volunteers of the hospital to share their expertise in the field to the students.
Dr Mohammad Yousuf in his address thanked the hospital for the positive gesture. He said that the MoU was a great event and milestone for the college.
He said that under the MoU, students of the college will have an opportunity for best training in the field.
He hailed the role of Alkhidmat is all spheres of the welfare sector in general and healthcare in particular.
Dr Yousuf expressed his hope for the continuation and further enhancement of cooperation between the hospital and the college.
Administrator of the hospital, Mohammad Arshad, Farooq Dadwani, Media and Marketing Director of the hospital, Farman Shah and others also attended the ceremony. At the culmination of the event, MoUs copies were exchanged and Dadwani received a souvenir from the hospital.
