KABUL Several Afghan Air Force pilots quit their jobs for fear of being killed in Afghanistan.
According to British media reports, pilots in Afghanistan are leaving their jobs in the Afghan Air Force for fear of being killed.
An Afghan pilot, speaking on condition of anonymity, told media that he knew 19 of his colleagues who had recently left the Air Force because the Afghan government had not been able to guarantee their safety. He said that he was also considering to quit job as pilot.
It is to be noted that eight pilots have been killed in different incidents in Afghanistan in recent days.
