SUKKUR: The Sindh High Court rejected the bail plea of PPP leader Khursheed Shah in the assets beyond known sources of income here on Tuesday.
The court in its written order said that Khursheed Shah did not spend a single day in jail, using political influence to get all the facilities.
The Sindh High Court in an 11-page written order said that Khursheed Shah has got all the facilities in the hospital. How can a person who has not spent a single day in jail be granted bail due to difficulties in jail.
The order says that there is a defect in our system. One prisoner keeps rotting in jail and the other gets all the facilities due to political influence.
