LONDON: Former Special Assistant to Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and PTI leader Zulfi Bukhari has sent a notice to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari seeking compensation of 100 million pounds (Rs227.96 million).
In a notice of damages shared on the social networking site Twitter, Zulfi Bukhari has demanded Bilawal Bhutto to apologize on the national media for his statement, to refrain from making such statements in future and to apologize within 14 days.
After consulting with my legal team, I’ve decided to move ahead with defamation proceedings against #Bilawal Zardari for his recent irresponsible remarks.
His poor understanding about most things again made him blurt out things fed to him, provoking issues he knows nothing about. pic.twitter.com/e1KnzzpZJA— Sayed Z Bukhari (@sayedzbukhari) July 1, 2021
