ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry has said that the most attacks on journalists took place during the past PPP government.
Expressing his views during the National Assembly session on Monday, Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry said that an info lab was caught recently for spreading propaganda against Pakistan. It was running more than 800 fake info lab websites.
He said that illegal recruitment was made in PTV as 2,200 people were hired in the last 10 years. The state-run TV is paying Rs3200 million for the salaries of its employees while 5 per cent of the employees recruited in the TV are not competent.
