ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet on Tuesday appointed Aslam Khan as PIA chairman.
This was announced by Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry while giving a media briefing on the cabinet meeting.
He said that the overseas Pakistanis had no trust in Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari. Foreign remittances had increased as soon as Imran Khan came into power, he added.
Why opposition is scared of giving a voting right to the overseas Pakistanis?he questioned.
He said that the cabinet had accorded an approval to import one million ton wheat.
Fawad said that a bill would be introduced for an effective law against occupation of government land.
