LAHORE: Special Assistant to Punjab CM Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has clarified that whatever she did was in self-defence after a PPP leader not only abused her but also her father on a set of TV channel.
In a video message posted on Twitter, the PTI leader said that Qadir Khan Mandokhail had threatened her during the TV show.

Dr Firdous said that she took an extreme step after the PTI leader abused her and her father.
She said that after consultation with a legal team she would take a legal action against PPP MNA Qadir Khan Mandokhail.
She requested the TV channel to release complete video of the incident.
