Karachi: Air pressure in the southeastern Arabian Sea has became low, says the Tropical Cyclone Center.

The Tropical Cyclone Center said that the  low pressure in the southeastern Arabian Sea is 1440 km away from Karachi.

According to the Cyclone Center, the low pressure can intensify in 36 to 48 hours, and the depression could turn into a cyclone  by May 16.

The Center said the cyclone would move to the northwest, but did not threaten Pakistan’s costal areas at the moment.

It instructed fishermen to avoid going into the deep sea from May 14.
