Imran Khan calls upon nation to protect freedom, democracy

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari is used to buy loyalties of people by corruption money.

Speaking to a cabinet meeting here on Tuesday, the prime minister said that he wanted to share a UN report on the poor developing countries. About $7 billion of poor countries is kept abroad. Ill-gotten money accumulated from tax evasion and other corruption sources is transferred abroad, he added.

A nation is destroyed when justice is denied. A nation without moral standards can not provide justice, the prime minister said.

He said that corrupt people like Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari transfer ill-gotten abroad.
