ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islami Fazl (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlul Rehman called on Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday.
JUI-F chief and PM Nawaz Sharif held an important meeting in Islamabad here on Friday where they discussed overall political situation of the country.
PM Nawaz Sharif urged JUI-F chief to take back resolution that sought de-seating Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members of assemblies. He added that the government is not willing to de-seat PTI lawmakers and national leadership is against to create a political turmoil in the country.
On the occasion, Fazlul Rehman assured PM Nawaz Sharif to hold consultation over the matter with JUI-F central leaders. He said that the issue would be resolved with boundaries of the Constitution.
Moreover, the high-ups also discussed matters relating to Kashmir dispute and report released by the Inquiry Commission.
