Islamabad: Kashmala Tariq’s son and heirs of two people who were killed in accident reconciled here on Friday.
Additional session judge heard the Azlan’s interim bail plea in the case.
Accused’s lawyer said that the case has filed under the bailable provisions and bail should be accepted while the public prosecutor opposed the bail application and said that the accused’s license has not been verified yet. He said that four people were dead and the bail application should be rejected.
Accused’s lawyer Saeed Khursheed said that the settlement has been done with the victim’s heirs , at which the court said that where is the heirs of victims?
Accused’s lawyer said that the victims are present in the court room and the affidavit of settlement has been submitted to the court.
On this, plaintiff Mujeeb’s brother also submitted the written petition in the court while the parents of Mutufi Farooq and Adil Abbasi made a statement in the court.
The court ordered to plaintiff’s lawyer counsel on the bail application and directed the police to verify the license of Azlan Shah till the next hearing.
The court adjourned the hearing on Azlan’s interim bail application till February 24.
