KARACHI: Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani has said that a terrorism case should be filed against PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh.
Addressing a presser here on Tuesday, the provincial minister said that the PTI leader had staged a drama during the polling in PS-88.
The PTI leader had tried to disrupt the polling process in Malir and the Election Commission had to sought help from police, Ghani added.
He said that the PPP had filed an application with a local police station to register a case against Haleem Adil. He added that the Election Commission had taken very late action to remove the PTI leader from the constituency.
A mob led by Haleem Adil went to the constituency and opened fire, the provincial minister said and added that during the election the administrative responsibility rests with the election commission and not with the government.
