Karachi: Sindh high court revoked the dismissal of Karachi port trust’s (KPT) 1200 employees here on Monday.
According to details,case heard in the Sindh high court on a petition against the dismissal of 1200 employees of KPT,employee’s lawyer said in a court that,these 1200 employee was hired during June 2012 to March 2013,employees get job according to rule and all the employee were made permenant in 2016.
Lawyer further said that,all employees were made permenant in 2016 according to law.However all these employees were given notice of dismisaal on the charge of a political hiring.
Court accepts the application against the dismisaal of KPT employee, and revoked notice of dismissal of employees in short decision.
