Karachi: Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani has said that the decision on educational institutions would be taken after consultation with other provinces.
The Sindh minister was chairing the steering committee meeting of the education department here on Saturday.
The meeting was attended by secretary schools, secretary colleges and the chairmen of the educational boards.
The meeting reviewed the matters related to coronavirus and the closure of schools.
Saeed Ghani said that the Centre wants to suspend classes from Nov 25 to Dec 24 and hold online classes for students.
However, he said that the decision on closing schools would be taken after consultation with other provinces.
