ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has announced to register a case against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
He said that he would visit Lahore tomorrow and try to file a case at the Shahdra Police Station against the prime minister on the basis of allegations made by former FIA DG Bashir Memon on a television that he was told by Imran Khan to register cases against Khawaja Asif under Article 6.
“Where can I get a certificate of patriotism? I will apply for the same,” Khaqan Abbasi said while speaking at a press conference here.
Criticising the premier, the PML-N leader said that the sedition case against Nawaz Sharif and others was filed by Imran Khan. Cabinet meetings discuss cases not the problems of masses.
He challenged to the PM and his cabinet to become witnesses in the sedition case filed against the former premier and other PML-N leaders.
