Pakistan pushed to collapse by PML-N, PPP: interior minister

ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Ejaz Shaz has alleged that both the PML-N and the PPP had pushed the country to total collapse.

Speaking to the media on Sunday, the interior minister said that a nation could not progress without a justice. Occupied Kashmir was given to India under a conspiracy in the past. Conspiracies against Pakistan are still being hatched, he added.

Shah alleged that both the PML-N and the PPP had pushed the country to total collapse. Three-time PM had fled the country using an excuse of ailment, he added.

Meanwhile, a treason has been case filed against Capt (R) Safdar, a PML-N leader and husband of Maryam Nawaz Sharif here today.

The case has been registered against Captain (R)Safdar and PML-N MPA Imran Khan Butt on behalf of a SHO at the Satellite Town Police Station.

According to the FIR,  the PML-N has used ‘provocative and threatening words’ against the state institutions during a party meeting held at the residence of Imran Butt on Friday.

Police have constituted a special team for the arrest of Capt (R) Safdar and Imran Butt.
