LUCKNOW: In an another controversial decision, an Indian court on Wednesday acquitted all 32 accused including BJP leader L K Advani in the Babri Masjid case.
In its ruling, the court remarked that the demolition of Babri Masjid was not pre-planned.
The court also termed the footage of incident as fake.
The court observed that the investigation team had failed to produce the negative images of the photos. Besides, there was lack of evidence against the accused, the court added.
