Karachi: Faisal Edhi’s boat capsized during rescue operation in Malir river on Wednesday.
The boat of Faisal Edhi, head of the Edhi Foundation, which was present for relief work, capsized in the Malir River near Defense.
According to a PTI spokesman, Faisal Edhi was patrolling the Malir River in a boat with PTI MPA Raja Azhar and the five others to help a potential person when their boat capsized.
According to the spokesperson, Faisal Edhi, Raja Azhar and others were drowning when they were rescued by the fishermen in a fishing boat and shifted to a safe place.
