Now Jamaat-e-Islami is only option left with masses: Sirajul Haq

KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Ameer Senator Siraj-ul-Haq on Sunday termed the two-year performance of PTI government as disappointing and added now Jamaat-e-Islami is the only option left with the masses.

He expressed these views while addressing a meeting of officials at Qabaa Auditorium. Assadullah Bhutto, Dr. Merajul Huda Siddiqui, Provincial Amir Muhammad Hussain Mehanti and other provincial and local officials were also present.

He said that the Jamaat-e-Islami and Al-Khidmat workers had served the poor people when were limited to their homes in a state of fear during the coronavirus pandemic.

Senator Siraj-ul-Haq said that the PTI government had not fulfilled any promise made with the masses.

The JI chief said that the common man is still worried for a two-time bread. After the so-called change, flour has gone up to Rs70 and sugar to Rs90 per kilogram. The just system of Islam and honest leadership is the solution to the problems, he added.
