Karachi: All the courts across Sindh will resume their full function from August 3, according to a notification issued by the chief justice of Sindh High Court.
Earlier, the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court had restricted court proceedings due to the Covid- 19 pandemic as only urgent cases were being heard.
However, now a notification has been issued by the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court, according to which all cases in the province will be processed from August 3.
Recently, the Karachi Bar and the lawyers’ associations had demanded the resumption of full functioning of the courts.
