RAWALPINDI: Taking credit for the nuclear tests, Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed on Saturday claimed that he, Raja Zafarul Haq and Gohar Ayub were behind the nuclear explosions being conducted in 1998.

Addressing a presser here, the federal minister said that the entire cabinet including Nawaz Sharif was against the nuclear tests.

When asked where was he at the time of nuclear tests, Rasheed said that due to official duty he had to fly abroad. This is a national secret, please keep it a secret, he told reporters.

He claimed that Raja Zafarul Haq, Gohar Ayub and he was in favour of the nuclear tests.

He said that those looted the country would not be spared.

Nation expects from Imran Khan to take action against the sugar mafia, the minister added.

I am an aide of Imran Khan but have nothing to do with the Pakistan Tehreek Insaf, he concluded.
