Islamabad: The federal cabinet on Tuesday approved Rs75 billion package to provide relief to daily wagers.

Earlier, the cabinet met under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The package will provide relief to the labourers and daily wagers who had lost jobs due to coronavirus pandemic.
Earlier in the day, the Foreign Office said thay over 62,000 registered Pakistanis awaiting repatriation from abroad.
This was briefed to Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi here on Tuesday during his visit to the Emergency Crisis Management Unit of the Foreign Office.
The foreign minister was told that 11,529 Pakistanis had so far been brought back.
Qureshi said that the government was utilising every possible resources to bring back the Pakistanis stranded abroad.
The foreign minister said that government was aware of the problems being faced by the overseas Pakistanis, willing to return home.
