KARACHI: As of Wednesday (11:20am) the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus has reached 5,998 while 107 died in the country.
After emergence of new cases, Punjab overtook Sindh with 2,945 confirmed infections.
1,446 patients have recovered so far in the country while 107 have lost their lives.

In Sindh: 1,518
In Punjab: 2,945
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 865
In Balochistan: 248
In Islamabad: 140
In Gilgit-Baltistan: 234
Azad Kashmir: 46
Deaths: 107
Globally over 119, 000 people have so far died of the deadly disease.
