Pakistani scientists prepare antibodies to treat coronavirus

Karachi: Pakistani scientists have claimed to prepare antibodies (intravenous immunoglobulin) to cure coronavirus patients. 

A spokeman for the Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) said that our scientists had successfully prepared intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) to treat coronavirus patients.

He said that the IVIG had been prepared from the antibodies extracted from the survivors of coronavirus.

Dr Shoukat Ali of the DUHS said that IVIG is prepared after screening the antibodies taken from the blood of the recovered patient of coronavirus.
