LONDON: Dr Adnan, the personal physician of PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif was attacked here on Tuesday.
The attack caused injuries to Dr Adnan in head, face and chest. Later, he was shifted to a nearby hospital.
Police said that two unknown persons wearing face masks attacked Adnan while he was going for evening walk.
The attackers punched the doctor from behind and also used iron rod. Dr Adnan had been receiving threats over phone for several weeks.
