Maulana Fazlur Rehman will be detained if he marched on Islamabad: Rasheed

LAHORE: Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed on Saturday warned that JUI-F chief Mualana Fazlur Rehman would be detained if he marched on Islamabad again.

Addressing a presser here at the railways headquarters, the federal minister said that the JUI-F chief would be made an ‘official guest’ if comes to Islamabad for a protest again.

“I am not in favour of applying the Article 6 on Maulana Fazlur Rehman,” Rasheed said.

He said that 13 memorandum of understandings have been signed with Turkey to bring the technological change to the railway.
