LAHORE: The provincial government on Monday moved the Lahore High Court (LHC) challenging the acquittal of six personnel of the Punjab Police’s Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in the Sahiwal incident.
Punjab government’s Additional Prosecutor Abdul Samad Khan had filed the petition in the LHC.
Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan had directed to challenge the ATC’s decision that ordered acquittal of all six suspected CTD personnel in the Sahiwal incident.
