No matter India is getting Rafale, Pakistan knows how to defend its borders: FO

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Thursday said that Islamabad knows very well how to defend its borders no matter it was Rafale or any other jet.

Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal during his weekly briefing here said that the whole world was witness to the Feb 27, referring to the downing of two Indian Air Force jets and arrest of a pilot by Pakistani forces.

He made these remarks while commenting on the induction of first Rafale fighter jet in the Indian Air Force.

On Tuesday, India received first of its 36 Rafale fighter jets being purchased from France under a multi-billion dollar deal.
