ISLAMABAD: PML-N Quaid and former premier Nawaz Sharif on Saturday prayed the Islamabad High Court re-evaluate evidence regarding the controversial video and the statement by ex-judge of NAB Arshad Malik prior to deciding his plea against his conviction in the Al Azizia case.
The petition submitted by the ex-PM’s counsel Khawaja Haris says that ex-judge of NAB Arshad Malik’s statement presents one-side of the argument. It urges the IHC to listen other side also.
The ex-PM’s counsel appealed to the court to consider the arguments and evidence prior to giving judgment on his earlier appeal.
