Quetta: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar reached Quetta on a day long visit on Sunday and called on Balochistan Governor Aman-Ullah Khan Yasinzai.
According to a notice issued, both the officials discussed matters relating to development projects, law and order situation and aimed to better provincial coordination.
In addition to that, the Chief Minister revealed that the Punjab government will build a cardiac hospital in Quetta, and bear all expenses for it as a goodwill gesture.
He said that another cardiac hospital is under construction in DG Khan with the expenditure of Rs4 billion, and a mother-and-child hospital is also being set up in Rajanpur where patients from Balochistan can get healthcare facilities as well.
Later, the chief minister called on Naseeb Ullah Marri, the health minister of Balochistan, and expressed condolences over the loss of his sister.
