MMA to resolve water crisis; complete K-4 project after winning elections: Hafiz Naeem

KARACHI: The President of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) Karachi Division and candidate for NA-250 Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has said that the MMA leadership after winning the elections would complete the mega water project K-4, as the past governments were conducted politics over the said sensitive issue.

The MMA supreme leader was expressed these views while paying a visit to different areas and markets of NA-250.

During his visit, Hafiz Naeem met with the area people and Ulema in Gulistan Muhallah, Mastani Chali, Pathan Colony and Frontier Colony.

The MMA candidate for PS-114 Qari Usmani and other party leaders were also accompanied with Hafiz Naeem.

On the occasion, the MMA leader sad that they are the legacy of Mufti Mehmood, Prof Ghafoor Ahmed, Shah Ahmed Noorani and Mehmood Azam Farooqui.

He said that the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) leadership was also raised concerns over public issues and staged protests against K-Electric, Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) and NADRA.

“The issues related to power, water and CNIC have been resolved by the active interference of the Jamaat-e-Islami leadership, adding that the MMA leadership will resolve the public issues after coming into power”, Hafiz Naeem added.

On the occasion, the MMA leader Hafiz Naeem urged the people to encourage the women for casting their votes as their votes will bring real change, adding that the people will stamp on ” Book” on the day of elections for their bright future.

Hafiz Naeem further said that the political parties which were in the government in past were completely failed to deliver; however, they gave unrest, dead bodies, targeted killings and extortion to the innocent masses of the metropolis.

The area people were thanked the MMA leader Hafiz Naeem for his visit and ensured their full support and cooperation to the MMA on 25-July.
