ISLAMABAD: Dr. Tanveer Zamani refuted all rumours regarding her alleged marriage with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari by announcing that Zardari is just her party chief and like her brother.
Dr. Tanveer Zamani while addressing press conference in Islamabad on Monday clarified that her relationship with Zardari is just as party chief and he is like her brother.
Tanveer Zamani said that she is a Pakistani citizen who went to foreign country for education and she tied the knot with Tehseen Javaid Siddiqui. She rejected to know any person named as Sajawal Zardari and her relationship status with Asif Ali Zardari is just as party chief and he is like her brother. She claimed that her name was used as tool of fight between Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Asif Ali Zardari.
She said that she has neither joined Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) as hereditary member. She announced to take part in next general election of the country in Lyari – Karachi and Lahore.
Tanveer Zamani praised firm efforts of Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif that significantly reduced terrorism in the country.
It should be mentioned that the clarification came forth amid rumours started circulating in Pakistani media and social media about alleged marriage of Asif Ali Zardari and Dr. Tanveer Zamani, as well as birth of her alleged son Sajawal Zardari.
