MANCHESTER: A flight from Manchester, England, to JFK in New York has been forced to turn around after declaring an “emergency” in mid-flight.
The nature of the emergency is not yet known.
The American Airlines flight, which left Manchester at 10.15am local time, is expected to land in Manchester shortly. The seven hour flight was supposed to land in New York Friday afternoon.
