Abid Sher Ali answers opposition leaders’ queries in pleasant mood

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader  and Minister of State Abid Sher Ali calmly responded to teasing questions of opposition leaders on electricity shortage during Islamabad to Lahore flight.

According to details, PML-N’s Abid Sher Ali, Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Manzoor Ahmed Watto and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Aleem Khan sat together in national flag carrier’s flight and discussed electricity load shedding.

Abid Sher Ali told the opponents that power outages are due to transmission lines. He said that lines have failed to bear load caused due to severe heat.

He also said that scarcity of water in dams has affected electricity generation.
