LAHORE: Following a catastrophic train mishap, in another accident a truck collided with a passenger bus here on Tuesday morning leaving 10 people injured.
According to the rescue sources, the mishap took place in Shera Kot area near Lahore. The injured were shifted to Mian Munshi hospital of Lahore.
The sources said that the road crash could be result of negligence however they were not sure whose negligence it could be.
Police is investigating the cause of the collision by recording statements of passengers and other eyewitnesses.
In a similar kind of accident on Monday night, two people lost their lives and 10 others suffered injuries when Karachi-bound Shalimar Express collided with an oil tanker in Sheikhupura.
